		<description>I would not have bought this product (Parallels) if I had known you have to pay extra for support. Not only that, the tech support number does not work. I did get through to sales after leaving a voice mail 20 minutes for a call back and I&#039;m  really not sure the rep knew the correct answer. If I attempted to do what I asked more than likely I would loose quit a bit. I believe I will contact the better business bureau on this company.</description>
